Cancalletion & Refund

At Petzy, customer satisfaction remains our prime concern, so we seek to dispense our valuable customers with the commodious shopping experience. Keeping this in mind we have devised a Cancellation, Return and Replacement Policy which is subject to fulfilment of following criteria:

1. Cancellation Policy:

a. Cancellation by Customer:

The orders will be cancelled only if it is notified to us before confirmation of the order. After confirmation by the customer, order will be processed and shipped to the communication address as specified by the customer.

b. Cancellation by Petzy:

In any events such as non availability of product or the desired number of quantities ordered, errors in listing of prices, etc., Petzy may not be able to process the orders placed with it. Hence, Petzy reserves the right to cancel the order for any reason post notifying the customer.

2. Replacement and Return Policy:

a. Petzy undertakes to accept Replacement/Return requests after product has been delivered to the customer only if the customer is not satisfied with the condition of the product or it is received in a damaged/defective state. Products returned by the customer should be in saleable condition and should be unused, undamaged and unopened in their original packing with the tags intact and invoice preserved. Such products should be returned for shipment back to Petzy post notification to Petzy within 7 business days from the date of delivery for the products having expiry date and within 30 business days for the non expiry products.           

b. Once the returned products are received, a quality check will be performed on such products by our quality team. This is subject to your returned product having met the conditions of the product being unused, undamaged and unopened with tags intact and invoice preserved, returned within 7 business days from the date of delivery for products having expiry date and 30 business days for the non expiry products.

c. On receiving the Replacement/Return request from you, we will arrange for the pickup of the delivered product from most of our customer locations. If we cannot pick the product from your location, you can ship it to us. In case of such self shipped return products you need to use an authentic courier service and assure it that products are encased safely in order to prevent the damages during transit. Post the quality check, and on receiving a scanned copy of the courier receipt, the shipping amount will be reimbursed to you by cheque/DD or funds transfer to your bank account as the company deems it fit.

d. If customer opts for the Replacement of the ordered product, Petzy will ship the replaced product as soon as it receives the returned product only if  the returned product qualifies for the replacement, subject to the availability of the replacement product. Please note that the customer will be exempted from the shipping charges and COD charges (if applicable) for the delivery of replaced products.

e. If customer opts for the Refund, the amount will be refunded back to the account that was originally used for transaction or a cheque/DD will be issued in the customer name and delivered to the shipping address or funds will be credited to customer's account, as the Company deems it fit.

3. If you receive a product that is open or looks tampered, please do not accept it. Contact our customer care and we will quickly resolve your issues.

4. Any of the items received by us that do not satisfy the above conditions shall be returned back at your expense and no amount shall be reimbursed.

6. Availability of products will be indicated on Petzy.com. All the products offered for sale on this website or in our catalog are listed on the basis of availability. We are glad to keep our stocks updated ; however some items or sizes of any items may sell quickly, leading to unforeseen non-availability. If for any reason we are unable to supply a requested item, you will be notified of any delay in delivery time before processing the order. In such instance, you could choose an alternative item or cancel your order. All offers , including sale and/or special offers are subject to stock availability and Petzy reserves the right to withdraw them at any time.
